What to bring:
- Ticket QR code (received via confirmation email from RunSignUp)
- Valid I.D. (or form of I.D.)
Can you pick up your family or friends package?
- Yes, A teammate, friend, or family member may pick up your packet if they bring both of the following:
A copy or photo of the participant’s valid ID
The participant’s RunSignup QR code received after completing their waiver
Please note: participants may not race using someone else’s bib. This violates our non-transfer policy and waiver agreement.

IMPORTANT PACKET PICKUP INFORMATION
All participants are required to pick up their race packet at one of the official packet pickup events listed above. Your race bib is required for entry into the Runner Rally.
🚫 Packets will NOT be available for pickup on race day.
Picking Up Packets for Teammates
Participants may pick up packets for teammates if they provide BOTH of the following:
A copy/photo of the participant’s valid ID
The participant’s RunSignup QR code sent via email after registration, you must have signed the waiver in order to get the QR code needed
IMPORTANT BIB INFORMATION
Each bib is uniquely designed with your assigned wave time and competitor number.
Example:
7:30 – 01 = Wave 7:30 AM, Competitor #01
7:30 – 70 = Wave 7:30 AM, Competitor #70
This system helps our team manage wave entry and participant flow throughout the event.
Bib Policy
Participants wearing another person’s bib are violating our non-transfer policy.
Badass Human LLC is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages involving individuals using a bib not assigned to them, as stated in the approved participant waiver.
SHAKEOUT SATURDAY

Come experience the official course before race day with the community and get your legs moving before the big event 🔥
RACE DAY ARRIVAL INFORMATION
IMPORTANT: If your bib says for example: 6:15, please ARRIVE AT LEAST 15–30 MINUTES BEFORE your assigned wave time.
Participants will enter the Runner Rally approximately 15 minutes before their wave in order to:
Hydrate
Warm up
Get hyped before crossing the Start Line 🔥
To help avoid large crowds, if your wave is not leaving within the next 20 minutes, please do not remain in the Coffee Box parking lot until it is closer to your start time.
